- At the time of booking, a credit card will be required to hold your reservation. We have a 24 hour, 100% cancellation policy. In order not to be charged, you must CALL us at 239-777-0020 at least 24 hours prior to your cruise to cancel your reservation or to change the number of people in your party. Cancellations via email WILL NOT be accepted. No Exceptions. Your commitment to your reservation is greatly appreciated! Due to the fact that we can only accommodate a small number of guests, we do not double-book. We often turn down other guests in order to hold your reservation.
- Please Note that it is the Captain’s sole decision to cancel a charter due to weather conditions or any safety issues that may arise. If the Captain should cancel the charter, you will not be charged.
