Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream, Discover.
April 12 is Big Wind Day. So go ahead and throw caution to the wind. Try something you’ve never tried before, or choose one item from your bucket list and make it happen! Need a bucket list but not sure where to start? There’s no right or wrong way to start your list. Start by writing down your life’s ambitions…then tell the story once you’ve checked them off.
Remember when you were a child and you delighted in the smallest of things? Remember when you dreamed about all the places you wanted to go and the things you wanted to do? Start your bucket list with something small and attainable, but something that still creates an exceptional memory. Perhaps a sunset cruise on a private catamaran, or an excursion to swim and explore unspoiled island beaches in the Gulf of Mexico.
Then add to your list…make the next item a little bigger and so on. Make your list challenging, but not out of reach. The items on your list may be out of your comfort zone, but that’s okay. Make it a list where you explore, dream and discover places, things and yes, even yourself. Like Mark Twain said, “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
